About
![]() Hi My name is Natasha Balletta and I am a self-taught photographer based n Bedfordshire. My interest in Photography started when I was on holiday in Australia in 2007 and I have had the photo bug ever since!! I learnt about photography from reading magazines and attending photography workshops. Despite being partially sighted in one eye, with Photography I have found something that I love doing and my visual problems do not get in the way of my passion for photography! My other passion is wildlife and I have been lucky because I have been able to combine the two! I always try to capture the character of the animals I'm photographing and I hope that my photos tell a story. Even though my passion is wildlife and recently landscapes, I also enjoy pet porraits as each animal has a different character and I love trying to capture their personality. I photograph any animal from dogs to horses. I can either photograph them in your home or on location in the parks. A session can last from 1 to 3 hours. My proud moments In April 2011 I held my first exhibition in Leighton Buzzard Bedfordshire which was very exciting. A photograph of the robin in the snow was published in Practical Photography February 2011 issue and in the August 2011 issue they published my photograph of the Venice carnival costumes. I won photo of the month in Italia magazine with my photograph of Ascoli Piceno in Le Marche Italy which was printed in the November 2010 issue. To view the publication you can see this on my Published Photos link. My photograph of the bluebells at Ashridge Woods was printed in issue 84 of Digital Photographer magazine. They also published my macro photograph of the purple water drop in issue 83 in May 2009. My wildlife photographs also appeared in the Ask the team section in Digital Photographer magazine in December 2008. |
